Terms & Conditions

  1. All payments must be made in advance of each tour at the point of booking
  2. Bookings may be made via your hotel, visitor centre or over the phone
  3. All quoted prices are per person
  4. Pick up times are a guide only and may vary subject to local conditions
  5. Bookings are non-refundable if customers miss a tour due to lateness, illness or any other reason deemed to be the responsibility of the customer
  6. Dydh Tours Ltd reserves the right to cancel a tour if insufficient bookings are received
  7. Dydh Tours Ltd will refund bookings where the cancelation is the responsibility of Dydh Tours Ltd
  8. Dydh Tours Ltd reserves the right to alter tour routes and locations subject to local conditions
  9. Lunch is not included within the tour price
  10. Tours will operate in all weather conditions unless deemed to be dangerous
  11. No refunds will be offered due to bad weather
  12. Dydh Tours Ltd takes no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property during the tour
  13. Dydh Tours Ltd takes no responsibility for changes to visitor access on site at tourist attractions as part of tours
  14. Bespoke tours will be planned and priced on an individual basis
  15. Minimum numbers will apply to bespoke tours
